*By telephone, your places must be paid on site on the day of the event and reserved up to 20 minutes before the start of the show (excluding the Avignon festival, special conditions). After this period, you may be refused access. According to the organizer's instructions, payment by credit card may be requested by our operators in order to block your seats, in which case you are guaranteed access to the room until the start of the session.

In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Any order is therefore firm and final.

A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor returned or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of a show. A ticket also cannot be resold. Do not buy a ticket from a stranger, you will have no guarantee of its validity.

During the shows, it is prohibited to film, record or photograph.

Mobile phones must be turned off.

Any person obstructing the smooth running of the shows will be asked to leave the room.
