GENERAL INFORMATIONS

The tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. Any purchase of places is firm and final.

The Laurette theater respects ecology. With each passing day, the Laurette theater becomes a more ecological theater. The theater is replacing its traditional light bulbs with energy-saving bulbs as soon as possible. Le Laurette recycles its used equipment and materials. The paper used for administrative purposes is 99% recycled paper. We mainly use rechargeable batteries (90%), the remaining 10% are used exclusively in cases of emergency, or due to the battery format not currently existing in a reusable model.

In July-August 2009, the theater had its air conditioning (known as waste water) changed to ventilated air air conditioning.

One of the managers of the Laurette theater has been a Greenpeace member for over 30 years now.

In the theater, so-called rechargeable and long-lasting batteries are used wherever possible and for everyday use.

The theater and its partners are doing what is necessary for a cleaner and more ecological world by limiting the printing of paper. At the end of 2015, the theater administration switched to e-signature, with the aim of reducing its direct and indirect impressions by 90% as much as possible.

Since 2020, we have switched to a green energy supplier.

Laurette theater and respect for the public:

The announced show/performance times are the actual start times of the event. All shows start on time (give or take 5 minutes). Latecomers can be accepted, if and only if, the company, the artists and their producer(s) tolerate this type of situation and do not disrupt the general organization of the organizer.

Public comfort:

We keep the room in the best possible condition, so that the space is sufficiently pleasant for companies, artists, spectators but also for the staff of our establishments.

The theater offers its programming on most of the usual broadcast networks and points of sale.

The types of payment methods accepted are: bank cards, credit card, Mastercard, Eurocard, American express card, Visa card, cash, holiday vouchers, culture vouchers, scene and outing cards, culture pass.

Attention, les règlements par chèques bancaires/postaux = refusés.

For bank card payments, no minimum is required. We accept this method of payment from 1 euro.
