TERMS OF SALES

The tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. Any purchase of places is firm and final.

A show ticket cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of a show and a decision by the organizer to refund the tickets. In the event of cancellation, postponement, interruption, modification of program or distribution, the refund

(excluding rental and management fees) will be subject to the sole conditions of the event producer.

The events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizing production,

Resale of tickets is prohibited (law of June 27, 1919). No duplicates will be issued.

Tickets can be collected directly on the day of the event at the ticket office.

Your place purchased online is reserved for you until the start of the session.

The show starts on time; the doors to the room are closed as soon as he starts. If you are late on the day of the show, depending on the production organizing the show, you may be refused access. No refunds can be granted.

Depending on the event, in the event that production accepts latecomers, they must follow the instructions provided by the producer.

Please note, due to artistic constraints on certain shows, it may be impossible to admit latecomers.

Children are not allowed in the room without the accompaniment of an adult.

Children under 3 years old are not admitted to Parisian performance halls, except for shows intended for them (Ord. PP of 01.01.1927)

As part of the strengthening of the Vigipirate plan, suitcases and other bulky bags/accessories will be systematically refused in the room. Additional checks may be required upon entry.

Anyone who objects will be systematically refused.

Any object likely to present a danger to the public cannot be accepted into the room. (Examples: stroller, scooter, tricycle, bicycle, suitcase, shopping bag, bassinet, pram, etc.)

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the establishment.

It is prohibited to photograph, film, record, use cell phones and disrupt performances by going on stage.

The purpose of the general conditions of sale is to define the conditions of access to the offers proposed by the Laurette Théâtre.

These general conditions are subject to French law in accordance with article 27 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the beneficiary is informed that the information requested from him is necessary to process his order. An incorrect response from the Internet user may result in the cancellation of their order.

Any dispute which cannot be the subject of an amicable agreement will be brought before the Courts.

These present conditions are concluded between the theater on the one hand and on the other hand any person hereinafter referred to as “the client” carrying out a seat rental alone or collectively.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance and acceptance by the customer of these conditions of which he acknowledges having read. Relations between the theater and the client will be governed hereby, excluding all other conditions.

Final validation with supporting payment will constitute proof of the online order. This validation constitutes signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on site(s) as well as the general conditions.

The legal provisions relating to distance selling provided for in the Consumer Code provide that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the sale of shows.

By using the official website of Laurette Théâtre France, the Internet user accepts the general conditions of the site. They may be updated without notice.

Unless proven otherwise, the recorded data constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by the theater, the point of sale and its customers.

INTERNAL RULES OF THE ROOM (RULES)

Any member of the public entering the establishment attends the event under their own responsibility and must comply with these regulations.

I-Access

Any member of the public, regardless of their age, must be in possession of a paid ticket, an invitation or a right of servitude.

No other person is allowed to enter the establishment.

Access to the establishment is prohibited for children under three years of age (article no. 198 of the Ordinance of the Paris Police Prefecture of January 1, 1927) for all shows with the exception of shows for children for access to which is prohibited for at least one year, without reimbursement possible.

Furthermore, the Management reserves the right, depending on the nature of the show, to refuse access to children under ten years old, without reimbursement possible, in the absence of a release duly signed by a legal guardian.

Spectators are required to respect the instructions printed on the tickets.

Spectators who have entered the establishment and whose tickets have been checked at entry can only leave permanently.

When entering and exiting, all members of the public must comply with the instructions of reception and security staff.

As the show begins at the precise time indicated on the ticket, latecomers will only be able to access the venue itself during an interruption in the show and depending on accessibility. For shows with numbered seats, access to the seat can no longer be guaranteed after the start of the show. In the case of free seating or free access, the ticket does not necessarily give access to a seat.

II- Ticketing

Acquiring your show ticket implies adherence to the theater's internal regulations. Furthermore, it implies adherence to the internal regulations specific to the organizer of the event, where they exist. Opposability and membership have the effect of obliging the client/spectator to comply with all the provisions of the internal regulations.

Spectators who do not comply with these internal regulations may be refused entry to the site or expelled without being able to claim a refund of their ticket. The same applies in the event of non-compliance with specific provisions taken by the organizer.

III- Safety and regulations

Generally speaking, events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizer/producer.

If the venue or the organizer/producer of the event deems it useful to set up a security check at entry, requiring a visual inspection or a search of hand luggage and/or a pat-down by specialized personnel, each spectator is required to comply with it, unless they are refused access without possible reimbursement.

If the owner of an unauthorized item refuses to part with it, access to the room is prohibited, also without reimbursement possible.

Any object likely to serve as a projectile, constitute a weapon or endanger public safety, in particular: pyrotechnic articles, knives and sharp objects, plastic and glass bottles, alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Objects whose possession or carrying is prohibited on public roads (weapons, narcotics, etc.) cannot be held in custody. Their discovery may be followed by information to the police services.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the establishment. The use of narcotics is also prohibited.

Documents, leaflets, badges, insignia, symbols or banners of all sizes and types, presenting a racist or xenophobic character are prohibited.

Animals, except in exceptional cases, are prohibited.

Activation of fire safety systems or means can only take place if necessary. Any abuse will be punished.

The venue may expel any person disturbing public order or not respecting the provisions of these regulations, without reimbursement possible.

IV- Other cases

It is strictly forbidden to film, photograph or record within the premises of the establishment.

Any promotional action, distribution of leaflets or objects inside and around the establishment must be subject to express authorization from the operator.

Any use of the venue's electrical network by a spectator is prohibited. The use of cell phones is prohibited in the room during the event.

Drinks can only be taken exclusively in the “Bar” areas if there are any.

Respectful behavior towards theater employees and artists is required.

In the event of cancellation of an event, refunds, if any, will be made by the place of purchase in accordance with the organizer's instructions.

In the event of audiovisual recording of the event, spectators are warned that their image may appear there.

For entertainment professionals, the insertion of a video is under the acceptance of the theater; we do not accept videos that do not conform to good morals. You must have authorization to use the videos and generally respect copyright and therefore have all the rights to distribute the elements that you use and communicate.
